1. Controller

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer and browser. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

In the stored log files, IP addresses are shortened (the last two octets set to 0), so they can no longer be linked to a person. Log files are deleted automatically after 7 days.

We have a data processing agreement with the host (Art. 28 GDPR). The data is processed in Germany.

3. No cookies, no analytics

The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no third-party content (no external fonts, videos or maps).

4. Contact by email

If you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, for general inquiries Art. 6(1)(f)). Emails are stored with the same host. We delete them once the request is resolved, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Just write to support@mautecs.de.

6. Changes

If the website changes in a way that involves processing other data, we will update this policy beforehand.
