Kettlebeat

Kettlebell EMOM for iPhone and Apple Watch

Every minute, a beat. You and your kettlebell.

A beep starts the round. You do your reps. The rest of the minute is yours. Kettlebeat sets the pace – so all you have to think about is clean, strong movement.

What is EMOM?

EMOM stands for “Every Minute On the Minute.” At the top of every minute you start a round – say, 10 swings. Done after 25 seconds? Then you rest for 35. When the next minute starts, so does the next round. Ten rounds take exactly ten minutes.

It's simple and honest: the fitter you get, the more rest you earn. The built-in recovery helps you keep your technique sharp even in round ten. And because the clock sets the pace, there's no dawdling between sets.

Apple Watch

The beat comes from your wrist

Start your workout on Apple Watch or with one tap from your iPhone. At the start of every round you feel a tap on your wrist and hear the beep – no need to glance at a clock.

  • Live heart rate and active energy
  • Adjust the reps of a round with the Digital Crown – the change carries over to the following rounds
  • Workouts on Apple Watch count toward your Activity rings

iPhone

Big, clear, readable from across the room

Put your iPhone next to your mat: seconds, round, target reps and time left at a glance. The beep keeps playing even when the screen is locked.

With Kettlebeat Pro, your iPhone becomes the big screen for your Apple Watch workout: the watch measures, the iPhone shows the timer and heart rate in large type – pause and adjust reps on either device.

Plan

Build your workout in a minute

Pick an exercise, tap a weight, set rounds and reps – done. Chain several exercises and they run back to back without a break. Or go for a ladder: 8, 7, 6 … reps, one fewer every minute.

  • 22 kettlebell exercises, from the swing to the Turkish get-up
  • Weights in kg or lb, quick picks for common bell sizes
  • Your plan syncs to Apple Watch automatically

Technique

Every exercise, step by step

Each of the 22 exercises comes with a guide that actually helps: starting position, step-by-step instructions, common mistakes, recommended weights from beginner to advanced and a tip for using it in an EMOM.

3D animations show the movement from an angle, the side, the front or the back. Tap a step and the figure stops right there. New to kettlebells? Start with the five free Basics: deadlift, swing, around the world, halo and goblet squat.

Progress

Every round counts

After your workout you see what you achieved: reps per round, total load, time and heart rate. The workout goes to Apple Health with one segment per round. Ended early? Kettlebeat asks before saving it.

Your history keeps every workout, so you can see in black and white how you're getting stronger.

How a workout goes

  1. Plan. Choose exercises, weight, rounds and reps – or simply reuse your last plan.
  2. Start. On Apple Watch or iPhone. A short countdown, then the first round beeps.
  3. Move. Reps, breathe, next beat. Did more or fewer? A quick turn of the Crown.
  4. See. Results per round, saved to Apple Health, rings filled.
